Alpaca Link offers textile manufacturing services, artisan yarns and custom product development. Prices and delivery times are individually determined for each project after an initial evaluation.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance. Prices are subject to change based on material availability and market conditions.
Sample development requires an initial payment of 50-100% of the sample cost. Approved samples serve as the basis for production quotes.
We accept international bank transfers. For production, we require a 30-50% advance before starting and the balance before shipment.
We work with FOB, CIF and DDP terms. We include all necessary documentation for export: certificates of origin, technical sheets and raw material certificates.
We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of your designs and specifications. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
Alpaca Link shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on this site.
