By using Alpaca Link's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. B2B Services

Alpaca Link provides alpaca fiber export services exclusively to businesses (B2B). Our services include:

• Artisanal alpaca yarn
• OEM textile development and manufacturing
• Custom project evaluation and quotation

3. Evaluation Process

All projects require individual evaluation. The process includes:

• Stage 1: Sample development (1-5 business days)
• Stage 2: Production based on approved sample (30-60 days)

4. Pricing and Quotations

We do not maintain fixed prices. Each project is quoted individually based on:

• Technical specifications
• Order volume
• Project complexity
• Required delivery time

5. Minimum Orders

Minimum order quantities vary by product:

• Single yarn: 20 kg
• Bulky yarn: 20 kg
• OEM manufacturing: project-dependent

6. Shipping and Logistics

International shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We provide:

• Complete export documentation
• Certificates of origin
• Raw material certificates

7. Samples

Samples are available upon payment. The cost of international sample shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Alpaca Link website is protected by copyright. Designs developed for clients remain the property of the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

Alpaca Link shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon being published on the website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.
